Following on from our member's feedback, we have been busy designing and building brand new websites and platform upgrades, which we believe are the best around for estate agents. The design and functionality of these websites has been the largest investment in the history of The Property Collection.
Video Streaming Media Player
The loading speed of your video-based website has been significantly improved with the media player background streaming from YouTube. The enhanced media player has the ability to loop your chosen media of video and images, and our team will reprogram the start of our playlist with a fresh seasonal video 6 time a year to keep it up to date for optimal engagement.
Social Media
We have also introduced new integrations including WhatsApp, for an easier way for potential clients to contact you; A brand-new social media wall, given pride of place to shout about recent posts and properties being promoted, which can display feeds from multiple social media platforms keeping your clients up to date with the latest news.
Property Search
The property search has been updated and enhanced to include a search radius around your chosen location and to include or remove SSTC properties from the search results. You will also be able to choose which option you would like to display by default. Once your clients have navigated away from the home page, there has been a significant improvement in the user interface which means the search bar stays visible at the top of the page.
Call to Action
To win valuation requests you need to include ‘calls to action’ which is why, in prime clicking positions on our website, we have included ‘Value my Property.’ and ‘How much is my property worth?’ buttons. Which are all synergetic with your brand and shout a consistent call to action message on every page of your website.
